Hi. Do you guys actuallly answer those questions? and by the way i left a message on your machine and haven't get answer back.... and other question what is the certification number? and why is a problem to put my email? everytime I had tried ot says that is mistaken or it;s too long... so How are we doin this? And please change the colout of writing I berely see what I'm writing. thanks.

How can I make appointment online for health check, when it is asking for 'the certificate number that will be used during the exam' in order to register on this website? Where can i find this certificate number? Thanks...
